About Henry Moskowitz
I’m a Brooklyn-based video editor with a passion for crafting compelling narratives and bringing stories to life through the art of editing. With over a decade of experience in the post-production industry, I specialize in weaving together impactful visual stories that resonate with audiences.
Professional Journey
My journey in video editing has been a dynamic adventure, marked by collaborations with award-winning directors and producers. Notably, I've had the privilege of contributing to several feature-length documentaries including the HBO Original An American Bombing: The Road to April 19th, which chronicles the Oklahoma City Bombing and its aftermath.
In the realm of storytelling, I've tackled diverse projects such as GameStop: Rise of the Players, exploring the amateur investors behind the 2021 stock phenomenon, and The Show Must Go On, capturing the resilience of Broadway-scale musicals in Korea during the COVID-19 pandemic. Each project has not only honed my technical skills with tools like Adobe Premiere, Avid Media Composer, and FCPX but also deepened my understanding of the power of visual storytelling.
Collaboration and Innovation
Collaboration lies at the heart of my creative process. Working closely with esteemed colleagues like Douglas Blush, Lisa Klein, Marc Levin, Daphne Pinkerson, Jonah Tulis, and Blake J. Harris, has been instrumental in shaping my approach to editing. This collaborative spirit extends to every project, where I thrive on translating ideas into visual narratives that resonate with audiences.
Eager to Contribute
I'm excited to bring my wealth of experience and passion for storytelling to new and innovative projects. Whether it's a documentary, sizzle reel, or any form of visual storytelling, I'm eager to collaborate and contribute my skills to projects that push creative boundaries.
